from private homes. The UCD shuttle stops at our door.
If you like, you may join the Fitness Club next door. Our seventy five foot pool is the largest in the area and is
surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds. We have, bright spacious one bedroom, two
bedroom, and two bedroom two bath master plans. All our
apartments have cost efficient Central Air conditioning for your summer comfort. Not the
expensive to run, loud, individual air-conditioner (that can keep you awake at night)
units stuck in walls and windows seen on most apartments in Davis.
Each apartment comes with storage and assigned, covered parking. The UCD
shuttle stops at our door twice an hour. The two and a half mile ride to the campus is
a dollar. City buses are available as well. Sorry, we are unable to
